Annual Spring Salon

The Annual Spring Salon is held each year in March.

The next Salon date can be found in the Competition Schedule and will be held at the normal CACCA meeting location.

This salon is an individual competition only. Monthly Interclub competitions are run as an individual competition for the Salon. This gives individuals the ability to enter competitions that are only open to clubs the rest of the year.

A maximum of four (4) images may be submitted in any and all divisions. A separate entry fee is charged for each division. The charge this year is $3.00 per division entered for members, and $5.00 for non-members.

Where individual competitions do not exist, entrants having ten or more acceptances in a division in previous CACCA salons and/or any international salons must enter Class A in those Salon divisions. Other entrants may elect to enter Class B, if other class divisions apply.

Where individual competitions exist, a Salon entrant shall enter at the same level, or a higher level, than they are participating in during the current year. If they are not participating during the current year, they shall enter at the same level they would have been assigned for the current year, or at a higher level. Others may elect to enter a class they feel appropriate for their skill level. If this is the 1st time you are entering a division, you may enter in the class B.

No entrant may enter more than one Class in any division. The same or similar image may be entered only in one division each year.

If you are a member of a of a CACCA club, give your entries to your CACCA delegate before or at the CACCA meeting that falls prior to the Salon. See the Competition Schedule for more information.
