As a club made up of clubs, interclub competitions are the backbone of CACCA. Club competes against club. Each Club may submit up to four (4) entries from four (4) different makers per competition. Competitions are held each competition year on a monthly basis beginning in October and ending in May. The club delegate is responsible for making sure his/her club's entries are submitted to the correct chairman on time. Categories are: Interclub Large Color Prints, Large Monochrome Prints, Small Color Prints, Small Monochrome Prints, Pictorial Digital Images. Small Prints may be of any size which fits on an 11 inch by 14 inch black mat board while Large Prints must fit on a 16 inch by 20 inch black mat board. Digital Images shall be no larger than 1400 pixels wide or 1050 pixels tall and are submitted online through the CACCA DPI website by the Wednesday before the CACCA meeting. Competition Rules and General Info

After each month's competitions, Best of the Month images and point standings for both Interclub and Individual Competitions are posted on this website along with the names of those individual photographers whose images were honored by being chosen to receive awards, honorable mentions, and Best of the Month. At the end of each year, at CACCA's banquet in June, plaques/trophies are awarded to clubs and individuals with the highest standings and to Best of Year winners.
As a member of a CACCA club, individuals may compete in as many of the individual categories as they wish. The schedule and categories are reviewed by the CACCA Board each summer. Entries should be given to the club delegate for entry, though entrants may bring their own entries to the appropriate CACCA meeting. Print entries must be submitted with the appropriate entry form with both top and bottom filled out. The delegate or entrant should have affixed the individual entry sticker to the back of each print being entered. Current categories are listed below. Nature Prints, Portrait Prints, Photojournalism Prints and Creative Digital. All print categories are small prints and images should fit on an 11 x 14 inch black mat board. Creative Digital images should be no larger than 1400 pixels wide or 1050 pixels tall and submitted through the CACCA DPI website by the Wednesday before the appropriate CACCA meeting.
